More than 300 of you were in the running... and now we have our winners MEET THE RIGBY 50
Across all of our businesses, there is one thing that makes Rigby Group special. As Sir Peter often says: “It’s people, isn’t it? Everything is about people.”
To mark the culmination of our anniversary, we asked you to pick someone that stands out as part of our one-off group-wide search to find the Rigby 50. And the response has been remarkable.
Almost 500 of you, from every part of Rigby Group took the time to nominate a colleague for their hard work, foresight or what they do to enable others.
The nominations cover everyone from managers to receptionists, warehouse workers, salespeople, IT support workers and everyone in between. It includes mentors, innovators, problem-solvers and unsung heroes. Yet they all have something in common – they each have qualities that stood out to a colleague, and get to the heart of what makes every part of Rigby Group special.
That’s why we’re publishing the names of everyone that has been nominated – because they all deserve a bit of the spotlight.
Adding all of the nominations together, a total of 345 people were put forward by a colleague. Congratulations to you all! Every single person that was nominated was put forward for judging, with Sir Peter, Steve, James and Pat Rigby having the final say.

This special competition to bring our year of celebrations to a close would not have been possible without everyone who took the time to shine the spotlight on a colleague. Almost 500 of you nominated someone you work with - giving them the chance to be named one of the Rigby 50, and you the chance to win our £500 prize draw. Special congratulations go to Colette Powell from SCC UK, who has won the £500 prize draw for nominating a colleague!
